At Sunland Acres, we treat every rescue dog like a scholarship recipient—providing full boarding and a professional training program at no cost. In partnership with MAD Rescue, we invest our time, structure, and expertise into each dog’s development.

Every dog goes through a structured yet engaging training program, working multiple times throughout the day to build obedience, confidence, and stability. While the training is consistent and results-driven, it’s designed to be positive, rewarding, and tailored to each dog’s needs.

We don’t rush the process. Each dog stays with us as long as it takes—until they are truly prepared for the right family and a successful second chance at a better life.

“One of the best boarding facilities I have ever used. Always responsive to calls and emails, a nice clean place, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
